1. How the guarantee works
Attend Day 1
Let your child experience our teaching style and memory techniques during the first live workshop day.
Decide by the deadline
If it is not the right fit, email your request before the deadline communicated to you for Day 2.
Receive a full refund
Eligible requests within the stated window receive a refund of 100% of the fee actually paid.
2. How to request a refund
Please email sandesh@mindanchoracademy.com from the email address used for enrolment. Include the parent or guardian's name, the child's enrolment details, and the payment reference if available.
Your request must be received at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time of Day 2. For example, if Day 2 starts at 10:00 AM, your request must reach us by 7:00 AM on that day. Please email us before this deadline and check your enrolment message for the workshop schedule and time zone.
3. What happens when a refund is approved?
Once approved, the refund will be for 100% of the programme fee actually paid, with no deductions under this guarantee. The student's participation in the remaining workshop days and access to the included three months of weekly support webinars will end.
Once a refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method where possible. The time taken for the credit to appear in the account may also depend on the payment provider or bank.
4. After the Day 1 refund window
After the published Day 1 refund deadline has passed, voluntary withdrawal or a change of mind is not covered by this guarantee, and fees are generally non-refundable on that basis. This does not remove any rights or remedies available under applicable law, or any remedy that may be due if Mind Anchor Academy cancels the programme or fails to deliver material promised services.
5. Important information
The guarantee is intended to give families a short, clear opportunity to assess whether the programme is suitable. It is not a promise of particular academic marks, grades, examination results, or a specific memory outcome. Learning outcomes vary from child to child.
We will disclose the applicable programme fee, workshop schedule, support period, and refund deadline before payment. If any term in this policy conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
